19.05.00 printing all pages in a project

To print all pages in a project,

• Click the Print button - the Print Preview window displays
• Set the Range to "All Pages"

• On-Screen Takeoff caches all of the pages locally during the print preview process.   If there is a large number of pages in a project or the plans are complex, this could take several minutes.   (Caching is basically storing a temporary copy of something on the local hard drive so it can be transmitted to the printer.)

• Set the Size you want to print
• Click the Print button  - the Print Window displays
• Make any necessary changes to the Printer Properties

• Click Print or OK - the project begins printing - remember, this can take several minutes or longer depending on how many pages are in the project, how complex they are and the computer and network resources available.

• Printing a large number of pages may use significant system resources (memory).  If you experience problems printing ALL images, try printing a range of pages or one page at a time.  Contact a professional IT person to determine if you computer's or printer's resources are adequate for your purposes.
